Somatic Experiencing
A trauma resolution therapy and nervous system practice that uses a slow and gentle approach to connecting you with your body. This practice consists of following the thread of your sensory experience to learn what your body may need to express and complete in order to release. Overtime by tending to our nervous systems, we grow in resilience as well as capacity and range in our physical and emotional lives.

Therapeutic Massage

An integrative approach combining modalities tailored to your body’s needs on the day of your appointment.
Integrative Relaxation
Massage that brings your body into the lull of the sympathetic system by using long, slow strokes. Relaxing the muscles and sinking into the deeper holding patterns of the tissue makes this massage as therapeutic as it is sedating.
Mobile Massage
Therapeutic massage in the comfort of your home. This service is available to clients in San Diego county, with an additional travel fee of $25-40, depending on your location. Please contact directly to request your service or for more information.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle and rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to drain. This process aids in detox, promotes immune function and relieves inflammation. Lymphatic drainage can be especially therapeutic in treating chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, migraines, allergies and colds, pre and post surgery and swelling during pregnancy.
